A walkthrough of the space, a conversation about how you want it to feel and verbal recommendations on layout, paint, and what to keep, move, or let go. We will partner to align on goals, barriers, and expectations. The foundation offering for Set to Sell for sellers and Set to Shine for homeowners staying put.

Everything in the Signature Design Consultation, plus a follow-up document: paint colors, furniture placement, declutter list, and a short shopping list if needed. Fully Customizable: Clients can do the work themselves or include their design expert in the process.

Hands-On Refresh. After our initial in home consultation I will return to your home and rearrange, style, and declutter alongside you. This is a half-day or full-day session.
